About the Team
Meet, Mike.
With over 40 years of experience in the transportation and supply chain industry, Mike Riccio is an expert in helping entrepreneurs grow and optimize their businesses. Before founding More Than Miles Consulting (MTM), Mike co-founded Leonard’s Express, a family-run truck brokerage, where he focused on corporate strategy and business growth through strong relationship-building. He launched MTM to leverage the valuable connections and insights he gained throughout his career, with the goal of helping other logistics entrepreneurs create a clear path to success and build a strong foundation for the future.
When Mike isn’t working, he loves spending time with his family - his wife, Kim, and his two daughters and their families. He also loves spending time in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking in the Adirondacks, cross-country skiing, or kayaking, Mike finds peace in nature.
